Brea guides individuals to realign their nervous systems, enabling them to live from a place of ease, abundance, and deep self-awareness. For over ten years, she has taught people globally to achieve inner transformation through somatic alignment and embodied awareness.

With a remarkable ability to perceive emotional and energetic patterns in others, Brea has honed her skills over decades to teach and support those seeking to understand their potential from a foundation of ease and profound self-knowledge.

To this day, Brea is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and groups who wish to live with confidence, knowledge, wisdom, and harmony. She helps them renew their nervous systems and find balance across their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves. Brea specializes in helping clients navigate severe trauma, grief, anxiety, and PTSD.

Her guidance also extends to entrepreneurs, healers, and creative professionals, whom she supports on their journeys of self-transformation.

Although Brea works globally, she has called Costa Rica home since 2021. You may occasionally find her visiting her other passion—a permaculture-based farm near her birthplace on Vancouver Island, Canada, along with her children.

THE PAST.

This gift did not make her life easy. Sensing the intricate dynamics of energetic and emotional Brea has deeply understood others' emotional and energetic states since childhood. However, this sensitivity often made her life challenging. Without support or context, Brea's ability to sense the intricate dynamics of emotional and energetic systems led her into periods of deep depression and addiction.

Over time, Brea learned how to navigate her pain and fear. By exploring her inner self, she gained clarity and eventually developed her unique approach to guiding others.

In her 20s, Brea worked as a Merger and Acquisition Consultant with clients in Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. In 2008, she became the Directing Partner of Pacific Rim College, an institute focused on holistic medicine and sustainable living in Victoria, British Columbia, which she and her partner later sold.

Brea's daughter, Ela, was born in 2010. Ela's traumatic birth, during which she was declared dead at birth and went 21 minutes without breathing, became a critical turning point in Brea's life, prompting her to question the systems and structures we often take for granted. Despite this difficult start, Ela has grown into a powerful young woman who accompanies Brea on many life adventures. Her son, Oliver, was born at home in 2013, and together, they enjoy getting into mischief and exploring nature.

Brea holds numerous degrees and certifications, but she firmly believes that we are in an era of exhaustive knowledge and data overload. She advocates for a return to the deep wisdom and knowledge that already exists within us.

Myranda’s interest in self-discovery and healing began decades ago. Since then she has become a master of understanding the physical and emotional bodies and how emotions and energy are stored within them.

Through overcoming adversity in her childhood and youth, it became clear to Myranda that she would have to create her own path in this world. In her mid-20s, Myranda became dedicated to a path of discovery of self and discovery of others. She travelled the world for many years and is fortunate to work with some of the world’s foremost teachers in areas that include breathwork, body awareness, yoga, trauma release, plant medicine, and shamanic healing.

She is gifted at getting people to understand their physical and emotional bodies. From here people discover themselves in new and deep forms, allowing for release of the old and transformation into true potentiality.
